Nick Aprahamian began his journey in real estate in 2008, swiftly transitioning into buying, selling, and overseeing property management. Following his graduation from Cal State Northridge, where he earned a degree in communications, Nick delved into the realm of real estate, initially focusing on flipping bank-owned homes before venturing into commercial multifamily residences.  Notably, in 2018, Nick played a pivotal role in the sale of 7979 W Sunset Blvd, achieving a record price per square foot. He remains intricately involved in all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions, maintaining a hands-on approach to management.
